We are now looking for Junior Developers for Embedded systems and C-programming to our site in Karlstad. You will be working as a software developer in projects developing Radio Access Technologies such as Baseband Processing Functions and Radio Functions within LTE and 5G .With us you will develop high technology solutions together with our customers in close cooperation with colleagues in Agile Scrum teams. You will find ways of improving and developing solutions for our customers.
The development process stretches through analysis/study, implementation and test which is suited if you are motivated by methodical ways of problem solving. The code is close to the hardware but with a distinct abstraction layer which makes it software oriented.
You will be working closely with other developers, architects and system managers to solve your team assignments.

For the role of Subject Matter Expert, you will complement the existing team of developers and testers with your technical knowledge and experience, you will be an important part of the journey. In the role, you work on a large scale and with the delivery with four applications of the Region Stockholm. You will manage, develop, and lead new projects in highly current systems. You work very proactively with the customer with strategies, advice, and quality assurance. Together with the customer, you will find solutions for several applications and build a successful strategy.
The team consists of ten developers, and two testers located both in India and in Karlstad.
ABOUT THE SERVICE
We are now looking for a person for the role of Subject Matter Expert who lead the team, which today consists of twelve people and now needs to grow to provide the best possible service to the customer.
TASKS
As Subject Matter Expert, you will architect, estimate, and propose the best solutions to the customer. When accepted you will lead the team to fulfill the quality of the proposed solution. You have regular meetings with the customer and daily meetings with the team.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU HAVING
* University education in systems science, computer science, computer design, technology or equivalent.
* Deep Knowledge in Region Stockholm Applications, like ErsMo, Vårdfaktura and
* Understands agile working methods, Scrum and Kanban or SAFe.
* 10+ years’ experience of mainly backend development and / or architecture in Java
* Good knowledge about Eclipse, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Server database
* Good understanding of front-end development to be able to have dialogues with customers about strategies and solutions
* Experience in IT security and availability of IT systems
* Understanding of continuous integration & deployment
* Familiar working in a distributed organization ( as developers would be in different cities in Sweden as well in different countries, like India and Czech republic.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written

General
Do you want to be a part of developing one of the worlds most advanced data server solution, Hyperscale Datacenter Solution (HDS). The solution enhances the capacity and capabilities significantly for datacenter infrastructure.
Currently we are looking for software Test/Developers who can be part our developing team, for the development of the new data server solution, HDS.
The product improves utilization of resources for computing, storage and networking. It will also have the performance, capacity and flexibility required to migrate to the new advanced 5G network infrastructure.
The data server solution is also suitable for massive media distribution, artificial intelligence and internet of things applications.

You will be part of a self-organized team of 6-8 persons, working agile. You will participate in team activities such as daily meetings, retrospectives and demos.
The work will include integration and certification of hardware, development of automated test environment as well as development and test of the management software for Software Defined Infrastructure (SDI).
