Om uppdraget

Under 2–3 dagar kommer du att genomföra kundintervjuer i en butiksmiljö i Karlstad. Din uppgift blir att lyssna på kundernas tankar och reflektioner om vårt marknadsföringsmaterial.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

• Genomföra 15-20 minuter långa intervjuer med hjälp av en frågeguide
• Aktivt bjuda in butikskunder att delta och skapa en välkomnande atmosfär
• Ansvara för att samla in totalt 32 intervjuer
• Spela in intervjuerna med hjälp av förberedd inspelningsutrustning

Arbetstider och upplägg

Projektet genomförs under butikens öppettider och pågår ca 8 timmar per dag, med en paus mitt på dagen. Du arbetar nära en projektansvarig som stöttar dig i att uppnå målen för uppdraget.

Vi söker dig som är:

• Kommunikativ och har lätt för att skapa förtroende hos människor
• Uppmärksam och har god lyssnarförmåga, med förmåga att ställa öppna frågor som uppmuntrar ärliga svar
• Intresserad av att arbeta med kvalitativa intervjuer och följa strukturerade frågeguider
• Erfarenhet av liknande projekt är ett plus, men viktigast är rätt inställning och engagemang
• Har hög nivå av svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

Det är 9 medarbetare på kontoret i Karlstad och 41 totalt i Sverige. Som revisor hos WeAudit kommer du få arbeta med revision och rådgivning åt små- och medelstora företag. Du kommer att arbeta självständigt men också i nära samarbete med andra revisorer.
Därutöver kommer du att få arbeta brett med olika branscher och uppgifter och får chans att utvecklas så fort du själv vill.
